Area s of Interest :

Active in public life for nearly three decades. Activities taken up mostly revolve around the upliftment of the poor and downtrodden. For doing so Doctorate in law and postgraduate degree in Management did help me to a large extent.

As an advocate provided free legal services to those who cannot afford the legal fees but genuinely deserved legal remedies.

Further as an active member of various Citizen centric organizations, took up various activities for the welfare of the people like promoting education among the poor, actively propagating the ills of alcoholism and so on. Besides, I was involved in social audit and also took extensive measures to spread the benefits of Right to Information Act. Defacto, a book on the Right to Information Act 2005 with up to date case laws was authored for the benefit of the common man, as I believe that the Right to Information Act would transform the society into a progressive one where transparency and accountability would be the pillars of human growth.

Other important contributions which deserve mention are protecting people from the vagaries of environment by encouraging them to plant trees, inculcating good health habits amongst the poor by organizing health camps, developing literary talent by conducting essay writing and elocution competitions and holding sports meet to develop sportsman ship as well as health y competitive spirit.

Last but not the least is to motivate prisoners after their prison term to lead a normal life. Helping them to grow in the society by working themselves in a legally upright manner and be examples for others to emulate.
